Yes there is, you goto 'Your account' and then you click on 'Link a Credit Card/Bank Account' and then you can just click 'Manage linked Credit Cards/Bank Accounts'

It won't let you touch or change or delete anything when you're limited.

Can you add anything else to it to unlimit the Paypal? Because my Paypal has never gotten limited before. o.o

If all of your info is legit then ring them up and try to resolve it. It can take a while but just their follow the steps. If you're using fake info e.g. you're under 18, then you're fucked. I have a card stuck on a really old limited Paypal from 4 years ago and I still can't add it to my new one

If your account is limited you cannot remove anything from it or change anything. That's what happened to me.

I called them and got a nice rep and she removed my bank account on my limited one.
It was my main for a long time, then suddenly got linked to an old paypal of mine that's negative.
As for my card. I just closed the account and got a new card number.
