If you choose to appraise an item you think has worth, you must remember that the price you give must be within market value.

You are not giving your opinion. That'd be like me giving the Gamertag: "Fresh" a $30 price because I dislike it.

It must be in either one of the stickies, but still want to clarify.

Users can post what THEY think an item is worth. If they think "Fresh" is worth $30, then so be it. It's their own opinion. If they want to break the rules and get their post reported, it's their fault.
