Reformation of the moderators/staff.

Do you prefer a reformation of the RG Team? (Excluding both The Elite, and Mike.)

Just to say, if the management team would reform the staff, yes of course trust, maturity etc all come into play but maybe it should be a good idea to spread the time zones so that the forum
Is moderated all day every day (hopefully)
 
I voted no. There have been a couple problems, all been dealt with. I love the staff we got and feel no need for change. Give it a few days guys, don't go bulling into this simply because you're mad now. I usually do stuff cause I'm mad and it does not help.
 
Gum, I don't think he's mad.. Just speaking out his mind.
 
I don't just mean Danger, I'm just talking to all members before they vote.

Oh and Reaper and Chewboxxy voted but they aren't regular members.
 
I would vote as well, but if I vote then people will be like omg.... for w/e reason i vote for.


Let them vote. I don't see a problem. Look what they voted for.
 
The reason why he said for it to be votes by normal members is because Staff probably would vote No. But I do believe we should have less staff positions. Even if it is me getting kicked off. I am part of the community like everyone else.

@[Mike] I saw what they were voting before I even mentioned it. I don't care, it says for regular members with no special ability. Reaper is a sectional mod and Chewboxxy is an admin.

Danger Close hasn't voted because he's a sectional mod, so they shouldn't vote either.
 
I'm not at all, mad. I've said something in relation to this before, and no-one seemed to care.

I've really done nothing but lurk and keep most of the problems of RG to myself.
 
Reapers Section is Dead? And Chewy voted cause he's a part of the community and he voted what he believes even if it means him getting kicked.


I don't see a problem. Reapers logic is most likely = they kick all staff i have shot at it.
 
I voted yes, but decrease the positions.
I like all of the staff and section mods, but it seems to me that there are too many staff members.
I think there needs to be a better balance, especially if most are in relatively close time zones.
Then again, it is better to be over staffed than understaffed.
Honestly all of the section moderators and staff members do an excellent job anyways; I'm relatively indifferent to any changes that may be made.
