Got an account that I know has at least one party hat on it, got lots of info on the owner and I used a proxy near where he lives but I keep getting this:

well I might take a random guess on that and chose phone payment seen as I have the guys phone number but apart from that I don't see any way of finding out.

Try pretending to know the owner of the account and email him a few tricks, so you can confuse him into sending you some more info?

I already emailed him so I could get his IP the guy seemed like an asshole and was very suspicious and kept asking how I got his email. But I have so much info on him just Jagex being fags and not even telling me what area of the report I need to improve on.
