I filled out everything except the subscription, move house and recovery Q's. He's in UK, i'm using a vpn that hits me right in his hometown on London.

Forgot to mention, I've attempted this 3 times in a row, that's the only message i get.

try putting like November 2011 for move houses, since your VPN isnt exactly where his house is. and are you putting "i have not set recovery questions" as the box with recovs?
