Recovering photos on ipod touch

i had some photos i deleted on my ipod touch, and something fucked it up so i had to recover it. erasing all the data. i know theres 3rd party software's that can recover deleted photots but can any of the software's recover them after the ipod was restored? thanks

Wont the photos still be on the computer from when you put them on the ipod?
Or did you take the photo with an ipod camera?

It was my old pc and that broke.
