Recovering Old Inactive Accounts

So anyway. Since a user on here (not allowed to say who) scammed me for 40m, i am going to try and rebuild my bank with recoving old inactive accounts. i am so close to recovering a 2001 acc. I just need to provide more info. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can become successful in recovering?!
 
Just a suggestion to keep you from leading on that you are trying to break a rule, We all know you may have been scammed by merloman but please refrain from making light of it in your posts that could be considered a thread or post against a fellow user.

Using a proxy close to your victim's location is always beneficial. Other than that, gather as much information as possible about your victim before you start the recovery process - the very smallest of details can be crucial to a successful recovery.
 
There are a lot of guides on how to recover inactive accounts. Unfortunately, Jagex knows user's are trying to recover old accounts with millions still sitting there. It will be much harder to recover. So good luck!
 
A good old fashion sob story never hurt anyone, just to say anything about suicide or you'll get SWAT'ed by Jagex. It's happened in the past.
 
^^^^^^^^^^ He means do not say anything about suicide. JaGex has called the cops to come to peoples houses before.
