Recover account without an email?

Well a while back I quit RS. I went to go on my account and someone has gained full control. I know all previous passwords but the Runescape site won't let me recover it without an email, which I don't know because I haven't been on in 6 months and someone else has switched it.

Someone please halps....

Emailing JaGeX wont do good,i dont think you can recover without email,i've tried for a while.

You have to email jagex directly

Well that blows. I won't be able to ever get it back...

You could post it on forums and they can remove the email didnt you know just ask a mod they will remove the email and then you can go onto recovering the account without the email just you need to know all the other info
