Hey guys! Ever since RS turned to shit and i've been attempting to sell my account, so i've been looking for new games to keep me busy between schoolwork and whatever social life i may have. Just thought i'd share a few of my favorites so far and give my opinions on some of those i haven't stuck with, but have enjoyed at one time or another.

The game I find myself playing the most frequently lately is Realm Of The Mad God by Wildshadow studios, it has recently been acquired by Kabam studios and it looks like the game is getting better and better with time. Realm of the mad god is a massively co-op action RPG, that plays a lot like a twin stick shooter on any console. There's a great community aspect, Especially if you are a member of a guild, so if you quit RS for that reason (as a lot of people have recently), this game is for you. It is very simplistic and there are clear goals and objectives which are tailor made for each skill level, your first goal is to reach level 5 to unlock your next character, and if you're good enough you might reach the level cap of 20 within 20-30 minutes, so this doesn't take very long at all but there is a good chance you will die a few times before you reach level 20(as the game is perma-death, but this can be avoided with the illusive amulet of resurrection) even though the level cap is 20, that isn't necessarily your limit of power, You can acquire potions from killing gods/bosses/events and Drink them to Reach the absolute level cap on all 8 of your skills. After mastering a number of classes you may unlock many others, there are 13 classes, all with unique abilities. Once you unlock all the classes you must Achieve class quests To rank up. To achieve class quests you must reach 'fame goals'. Fame is a kind of semi-currency in the game used to buy things such and temporary boosts and the aforementioned amulet of resurrection. Fame is gained by killing enemies and just generally playing the game. Fame isn't actually earned until your character dies though, so your aim is inadvertently to put off earning it for as long as possible , but it does act as a sort of consolation prize for losing a character, and if you do extremely well you could end up on the legends board (Hi-scores) and achieve a red aura for you character. The game is completely free, there are certain things you can buy with 'Realm gold' (Currency gained through micro transactions), such as extra chest space, extra character slots, and cloth dyes. These things don't affect game-play too much though, so are only really there for the die-hard fans of the game. The Maxed rank to earn is 5 stars per character, which requires you earn 2000 fame in a single life on that character. There are 65 Stars in total so this game will keep you busy for a very long time! Hope to see you guys on it, leave your names below! And be sure to leave feedback - Thanks for reading!
