Really unlucky or scam?

Basically I bought my VPS on the 18th of march (1AM, so between 17-18), it's the 21st now at 5:44PM

First, it takes 24 hours to get the VPS. I think, well that's fair? They have to set it up
Then after 24 hours, they email me this:

Your VPS order is being processed however there will be a 1 working day delay due to migration of all my EU vps packages to another (more stable) Node.

Sorry for the delay.

Then I get a email after 24 saying "This is your VPS, info:" I log into it and it all works, I open the botclient and load runescape, runescape is black. I email him asking him whats up and:

In the morning, I'll reboot and reallocate the CPU and RAM to your
package as there seems to be an issue loading the botclient at the
moment.

He didn't email me in 24 hours so I contacted him with:

ust arrived back from hospital (had food poisoning over the weekend).
I will try my hardest to resolve your issues tonight.

The days you haven't been able to bot on will be added to your VPS month.

Am I REALLY unlucky or a scam?

It's not a scam, I know the owner of it. I talk to him on other forums and MSN.

I guess I'm REALLY unlucky

All I want to do is get my skillers runecrafting level up and make my main geepee's for the 99 prayer/96 herblore.

I hugely doubt it's a scam.

Well, I've never heard of these people. I saw a thread here asking how they were and saw they were cheap so I bought it :L
