this is known as 'massing' & will get your account suspended if you follow & unfollow a bulk number in a short amount of time.
used to do this in the good 'ole days when you could follow 10k a day.#tbt
be careful though, I've had many accounts suspended bc of this

This is a pretty bad idea man, Mass following takes long and may get your account suspended.

I really don't think anyone would hand you their password to do this as the risks of getting suspended are quite high.
