I honestly couldnt say, I have added followers to accounts before, and sometimes 1k followers will get 200+ likes a pic, while another account will get like 20 likes on a pic.

It all really has to do with the content being posted.

Able to go lower on the follower count? I have no problem paying, I just dont want a fuckload of followers. Just gotta have my follower:following ratio a bit higher. Maybe around 300 USA followers?

I could go lower,but I currently don't accept orders under $10, 1000 followers isn't that much of followers tho.
