It's been like that for 4 days for me. I want to sign in.

People been ddosing the fuck out of that site prob.
 
VPS issues apparently, as stated on their thread in the Webmaster section.
 
They have had issues with their VPS and Security issues.
Many people have been contracted to fix the job but it just isn't working.

Also, they use a Windows VPS..
Come on.

Work, dedication and more.
Some people think more users mean better forum, which isn't the case at all. You can have a tonne of users on, but not all of them posting.
You just need to be dedicated and not give up after 2,3 months, it will take years to be successful.
Also, listening to your userbase is your #1 priority.
