Read these steps to get your phone back to working!
Reset your computer and plug in your usb cord into your computer/labtop. Make sure your phone is in DFU mode first.
If you USB is not connecting to your computer do this:
Make sure all your window updates are done.
Restart computer after updates. Or you might try going to device manager and finding
the USB option, right click and update from there.
How to put your phone in DFU Mode:
First: Turn your device off. Press and hold the Power button until the Power slider appears. Slide it to the right to turn the device off. Wait for your device to completely power down before continuing.
Second: Press the Power button. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Third: Press the Home button. After the first 3 seconds, press and hold the Home button while continuing to hold the Power button. Do this for 10 seconds.
Fourth: Release the Power button. After exactly 10 seconds of holding both buttons, release the Power button but continue holding the Home button. After a few seconds, a message will appear in iTunes letting you know that the device has been detected. The devices screen will remain blank if done successfully.

Note:
Any OTA (over the air) updates will not work with Evasi0n7. Please back up and restore to 7.0.4 using iTunes, then jailbreak
