Am I right in assuming that Onyx can only receive 15 ratings?

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I've reached 125 rep and MCG just +10'd me and it didn't go up to 135. Is there like a cap on how many ratings I can receive?

Nope, there's no max cap. on rep.
I'm gonna assume that either someone deleted their rep from your profile, or MCG updated his rep.

Most likely someone did delete your rep or MCG already repped you.
