Philly in my honest opinion is a 9, he's not a 10 because he won't reply to me on AIM >:O

Hes rarely here, makes some bad decisions, but he does some nice things.
 
I'm gonna rate Philly a 9 out of 10. He cares about the site and actually talks to people and doesn't think he is too cool just because he is the admin like some sites(HF). And he spends a lot of time doing stuff even if you guys don't think he is here that much, he really is.

Lmao you are too funny. I am sorry I don't want to give you a custom award for basically 60-75 dollars. Awards are 150 dollars. No if ands or buts. I already told you if you want a custom award throw something else in besides just the 75 max dollar account.

He is busy. He doesn't have time to reply unless it is important.

I say 10/10 as I do not want to fear Chuck Norris.

hes the best admin ever, but sometimes care 2 much about the money, but he is learning and starting to put his foot down so he gets my (4)

7/10. Philly cares about this site ALOT. But sometimes he cares about it too much. It seems as though on some occasions he is more in it for the money though. Overall, nice admin.
