I like the lightning bolts, and the colorway.
The blue neon glow effect is pretty cool too.
Although, I'm not quite feeling the font and the size of the word VOLTAGE.
Maybe if you messed with that a little, you could make it look better.
Just my opinions though.
 
Not a huge fan of the text. Needs a different font/layer style IMO
 
I'd say 8/10. I think it needs a little more creativity in my opinion, not bad though.

I'd choose something with some form of serif, add a metalic layer style or something as well.

I don't know really , if you toy with some stuff I could just tell you if it appeals to me but I can't tell you how to change something hehe

Maybe you can make the font a little smaller, that way you can make it longer? If you know what I mean.
Also, maybe you can use a font that has like electricity going through the words? Since the name is voltage.
I'm not too creative Just going off the top of my head here.
 
6/10, good layout, but I don't really like the shading.
