Well, it's not nice. It's obvious you're a beginner, so for a start I can't say it's bad either. Your best bet right now is to not touch signature tutorials and learn the basics of photoshop, so head over to psdtuts and try out some of their tuts. Once you think you have the hang of the basic features, go ahead and start at beginner signature tuts working your way up.

for a beginner it's pkay, but I still don't like the fact that it's too much ''Paint''
