OT: It looks decent, but I suggest you center everything, like the "Home | Staff | Contact", and mainly the divider. It would look a lot cleaner or more organized.
Also, it would look better if you moved everything down to the middle of the screen and not keep it all at the top.

But I do like the general feel of it, 2 thumbs up from me.
