I made it in Photoshop, what do you guys think ?

 
It looks a bit too bland, I prefer something going on in the background of a photo. I'll give it a 6/10.
 
Thanks, I'm still in that age where a chick and my name and some photoshopping does the thing
 
Doesn't look like much was done here, but of course it looks good cuz she's partially naked.

Nothing special added except an overlay of some sort, a glare, and some out of placed text, it's alright, but nothing special. 2/10
 
Eh not my style of signature, it's okay. As Exoduss said, it seems very very basic.
