Realisticly, where do we stand?

Also you do realize that after buying members there is a 28 day period before you can change your name right? I was told that if you buy members on a fresh lvl 3 out of tutorial island you have to wait 28 days before you can change the name.
 

Nope, do an offensive name and jagex will change it in 2-3 days. Than you can use the old name.

And in those 2-3 days you won't know down to the minute when they decide to remove the name. Thus leaving out your potential 75$ rip off to be swept away at your fault.
