Bidding was at that. Then dropped because everyone realized it's actually value. Currently I'm winning at 31m. This name isn't worth anywhere near 100m, names like these go for 15m so your still getting a good deal. Also, I'm not trying to be a dick about this but you have to realize the name "E" went for 100m on sythe.org last night. There's also other two letter names going for real cheap on there too like 10m for some.
