Rep seems to be a big factor on this site. Don't gete wrong, it should be. But there are too many people abusing it. And rep exchanging? Why? What is it about this virtual number that is so overly appealing? And what is up with all of the randoms that started gamertag sales a couple of months ago and think that they know how to price tags. And turboing tags then reselling them on the same site? Pathetic. When this site was smaller it really was like a family. This is a community consisting of quite a few attention whores and kids that like to turbo/scam/be rude.

Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few great, legit guys here, but not too many. Don't even start me on 12 year old mods with impaired judgment.

There is not solution to rep, in April/May Philly turned off rep and people bitched about it and now it's back on and still people bitch.
 
I know, superman. But little kids see it as a source of power. I won't show a kid with 800 rep more respect than a kid with 10 rep.
 
lol Here are the rules of reputation on FK:
1. If you're not upgraded and you talk shit you're going to get neg repped.
2. If you are upgraded make a thread about it and you'll get tons of rep from people wanting rep back.
3. Rep is about opinion and most people do not understand that they think it's a measure of how trustworthy you are which is SOMETIMES true.
4. If you talk shit BUT you are upgraded it'll be ok since nobody will neg rep you since they know you can neg rep them back.
