Depends though, I RARELY give neg rep but I can recall two of maybe 4 negs I ever gave, anyways they got neg not because there new, it's because there ignorant AF. I know what you mean on giving neg rep for no reason besides the fact you can I guess. Happened to me on HF. This kid I never talk or mention him in my life comments something very dumb then I posted. Later he mentioned me in someone else's thread saying " yeah, especially if you're Alucard who sells accounts then pulls them back a year later" after that I neg him and I think he got banned for being a multi or something.
