Before i start this. No offense to anyone. And i mean anyone.
Why TF do staff ban people after they scam someone. Oh he just lost 100$ so lets ban him. Like seriously. For example @blvd scammed that guy (forgot his name) and he refused and refused he didnt do it. Staff just banned him. Im pretty sure @blvd wasnt upgraded so he just got a high priced Instagram losing NOTHING at all. Why don't staff talk it it with them instead of closing the thread and banning them? I just don't get it.

They scammed. That is the end of it. No scammer is going to just give the shit back.

That is why they have a pardon request section.

Why would Staff allow a known scammer to remain on the site? There was incriminating proof provided against @"blvd".

Scammers get banned with the hopes that they will be prevented to scam again. Unfortunately, many of them create new accounts and scam again. The vast majority of scammers (I'd like to say all scammers), would not return what they stole if anyone asked them..

Talking to the scammers won't do anything. They are not giving what they scammed back. Scamming is frowned upon; their privilege of getting other sms and chatting with other FK members onsite is removed.

They won't get banned until staff hears both sides of the story.
