I'm going to be botting my range up to 70.

Should I sling on cows or minotaurs?

or

Just train with a bow and arrow on minotaurs?

Which is better exp?

Use the highest bow and use steel arrows or iron.
 
That's a lot of money. Why don't you spend 20 gp on a sling?

I was thinking about it, but I already had these
 
Using a magic bow & steel arrows with an accumulator would be most ideal for your range level. Try training at minotaurs and as EXP decreases go to fire giants.
