Too me the shine and shadows of the text is what makes it look slightly dodgy.
But overall I quite like it You can see what it was used what for, and it serves it's purpose.

Nice use of Brush work, plenty of range. The texture blends pretty well too. Perhaps a shadow for the text would've worked nicely? Lighting effects is a bit bright, but still pretty good!
