So I thought about it and I have a question. Do people buy/trade/sell nintendo OG names, or (nintendo network id)? Does that even exist? This may sound stupid but I don't use nintendo products so I wouldn't know. If og nintendo names can be traded why are they not traded among fk?
 
They cannot be traded. The only way for OG NNID's can be sold, is you'd have to literally have the Wii U the name is on, and do a system transfer specifically to your Wii U.

You'd have to buy their Wii U to do it I guess. Or meet them in person.
 
They cannot be traded, I have insane ones(got the wiiu midnight release0 , but they are linked to a console, so you would have to sell the whole console to trade names
 
Yep, and the Wii U console is like $300 USD, which no one is going to want to pay just for a name.

Because the names themselves, if they could be sold, would have such a tiny market due to not many people owning Nintendo consoles to begin with.
