Tip #1
put a black and white layer on and set to luminosity
not really sure what it does, but before and after of it makes it look cooler

Tip #2
Add 2 around 100px soft brush dots in random places around the render/focal early on, in the end it will make it look pretty cool

Tip #3
Save often, photoshop is often a whore and freezes, save the .PSD as often as possible

Tip #4
Learn about overlay, lighten, screen, soft light and all the other ones, they will make your work look 10x better if you master them

Tip #5
Add a black layer over the top and using 5 -13 px brushes create dots around the focal and switch to linear dodge

Tip #6
Learn about how to sharpen, it could make or break a piece. Make sure you utilise this!

This is just a beginner guide to make there work abit better
I will update this thread more as time goes on and i can think of some.
PM me if youve got any suggestions to add to this

This is great, I use #1 and #2 a lot.
You should also add that people should learn about sharpening. A lot of people either over sharpen often or just ignore it all together.

I use #1 all the time. XD
It works like magic!
