First off, I would like to say that this is not cheating, just a faster way to level up the two skills, as well as level up yourself.

For ´Sneaking`, you will need the following...
- Weak dagger
- Flame Atronach conjuration spell.
(I believe you can pick this up in the Winterhold library or any big merchants.)
- Magicka at 132
Then, all you have to do is summon a flame atronach, get into sneak position, and kill it with the dagger, and repeat..
For smithing, you will need...
- Atleast 5000 gold
- Mass amount of Iron Ingot
- Mass amount of leather strips
- Be in Riften during the day
Go find the smithing trainer/seller in Riften. (DO NOT TRAIN), then, use the smithing forge to make a mass ammount of iron daggers. Then sell the daggers back to him.
You can buy Iron Ingot and Leather Strips from him.
Repeat the iron daggers with the blacksmithing forge.
Go across to the INN or whatever it's called. Then, rent a room twice and sleep for 48 hrs.
Go back to the smithing seller/trainer and buy iron ingot and leather strips, and make the daggers on the forge.
Keep repeating this to increase your skill.
(It is time consuming to get to level 100 smithing, but it's worth your while.)
Also, it levels you up faster too!
