Is it because of the theme or you are getting paid for adversiting that website? Or just something else..

It redirects to RG when I click on it
 
I pointed this out ages ago ._.
 
It's part of the plugin to have the top posters stats. If you remove it you're breaking the TOS associated with the plugin.
