I am trading my gamertag R 1 today because it is not swappable, and I want a swappable gamertag for my main which is 10th cod 4 10th unlock all mw2, 15th black ops, 11th at mw3. If you would like to trade me an oG gamertag that is swappable and a good tag. Hit me up on aim H.xD This is a nice tag for someone that does not want a swappable aim, Do not add me saying "Can I buy your gamertag" on xbox live because if you send messages through xbox live like that they will ban you. The tag is not banned.

If you mod anything you can get banned. Gamerscore, Tenure, Avatar, Games, Avatar items (patched), Admin Achievments (Results in console ban)

He told me that Philly scammed him out of the tag so he was going to mod the Avatar and was like "If I can't have it no one can!". I didn't really get it but I guess now I do.
 
i dont understand why you would have the proof in a party chat. make proof of you signed in on xbox live dashboard or on xbox.com
 
If Philly scammed him and got the tag, how did he go on the account afterwards to mod it if Philly took this?

Prob had it on his console.

And I highly doubt it was Philly. Probably an impostor.
