When you add a tag and its says its not taken but when you go to change your gamertag to it it says its taken... Does that mean its banned or what ? Probally a stupid question but i wanna no.So if you no could you please post why this happens.
 
It's banned or deleted, I know a few 'Shuffle' 'Social' that do the same thing.
 
No it means there's a spaced version of the gamertag or the gamertag is in limbo which means not even the xbox technicians know when the tags are going to be released I had a long ass chat with them today about it
 
fxck that blows so many good tags just wasted not being used...

I think Jailbroke had it. I could be wrong though.
 
Do you think xbox will be giving these "deleted" accounts away anytime soon.

Not sure I asked the people that work at the highest levels of customer support and they said that gamertags in limbo have a chance of coming back after 30 days of it being deleted but if it's any longer they won't know how long it is until it's released again
