Quick question

Is selling accounts such as PayPal, Cashapp etc. allowed on here? I have a cashapp that has money in it but I can't verify, and do not currently have a bank account to cash out in. Neither the account nor money was obtained illegally as I made the account, I just can't use the money in it. Wanted to know before I posted the thread.

As there could be many issues with this, no.

If the account isn't banned and you can send the money, you could request an exchange.

Unfortunately I can't send it anywhere. It asks to verify for anything, otherwise I wouldn't have made the thread.
