If someone neg reps you and then gets banned from the site can you get that neg rep removed?

Living negged me, but got banned. I was just wondering. Thanks​
 
If it is reputation abuse then yes it can be removed. If you believe it is abuse and is violating the reputation policy, then please create a private inquiry about it.
