Recently I got limited etc

Is it possible if I told all my buyers that I'll refund their payment, and send to my new paypal, would that work?

Has anyone done it before?

I photoshopped a Canadian Passport with the exact details I made when creating the account, waiting for paypals reply. I just wanted to know as I'm impatient

You'd probably save more time by waiting than having everyone chargeback.
 
@Fade did this, I can vouch because he refunded me and it went straight to the new account with no problems.

Nah it's not charging back bro, I simply give them a full refund to everything they've purchased off me, so they send to my new PayPal.

@"Glitch" actually yes! I remember doing this to him as well, sweet, guess i'll be contacting everybody lol
