How do I get the layers and all that like back to normal? I have no clue what I did but it's bothering me.

idk for sure what ur talking about but i think you want to go back to the way it originally looks? so go to the top right, click Essentials, then click reset essentials

I would suggest making presets so if you ever mess up your buttons you can fast select it back to normal
