twitter isn't taken but i can't change my @ to it ? why is that & a twitch i want was never transfered from justin.tv over, is there anyway to get it ?

the twitter is most likely deleted and i have no idea about that

Chances are the twitter is suspended, if under 3 characters the user was changed and can no longer be obtained, or just deactivated/deleted.
