I'm limited.
It's not verified, no bank attached.

Do I need to verify to be unlimited?
 
I know on Canadian paypals you don't, so I dont know if it changes by country. But here I had to add my bank account and send a pic of my bank statement + drivers license to get it unlimited
 
If your limited and you unlimit yourself.
You still need to verify. Yes.
Unless you were Verified before.

That is what I would assume, at least.
 
When I got limited all I needed to do was to phone them up and it was just a automated message that I was listening too, it gave me a security number, I put that into Paypal and got unlimited :3.

But I have my bank, debit card and phone attached to my Paypal.
 
Yes you do
Call up PayPal and Tell them whats going on and They will get you to verify that you are the owner and what not
Just phone up PayPal they will sort it out real quick
