Ok, so I have a booter. But, I haven't downloaded the Cain thing lol.

I'm gonna download it when I get a new computer.

So, is there anyway you can get someone's IP without using that download.

If, there is can you please explain to me how to do it.

Well, how do you plan on getting someone's IP in the first place?
Xbox LIVE, Skype, AIM, FaceBook, etc. ?
 
Well, when I get my new laptop I'm gonna use Cain & able an I can just get them on Xbox Live when they join my game/party.

But, for now is there anyway else I can get it?

You can get their IP through Skype (Skype resolver), AIM (Google it), FaceBook (Google it), etc.

And, if you have a forum or are part of the moderation team on a forum, you can get their IP through there. All they have to do is sign up.

There's also a script for grabbing someone's IP. All you would have to do is send them a link, and if they click on it, you'll have that person's IP.

Lol, yes, it is Cain & Abel.
At first, Google was showing results for some book called "Kane & Abel", so I just went with that.
