I think they have a way more advanced system where for example if somebody owns the GT Produce, and they post on a forum... I think it immediately notifies Microsoft when the word gamertag and the word produce is typed in... If its on a sales sight, then your account gets banned... I'm not saying tht this is true I'm just saying this is what I think...

You obviously have no idea about websites or any basic coding what so ever. Sorry. OP, posting proof is what gets you banned for the most part, and FK forces you too. Which is why the gamertag section is now a ghost town.
No that's totally false. Your gamertag can be banned even if you try to censor it. There's no point in censoring, it's just annoying, plus Philly said he was 100% sure Microsoft wasn't lurking our forums. Also, it's a rule that you have to provide picture proof on your thread.

Guy on HF told MS to investigate FK ~a week ago because he was pissed than an FK seller wouldn't sell him an OG for the price he wanted. So the situation with MS may have changed.
