I was wondering where can I get a theme like this one if I was to make a forums, and do you guys pay for hosting this forums or there is a way to get free hosting with a domain name.
Yes we pay for hosting but if you want a free host with your own domain name, then you can code the entire site yourself in PHP or something and use your PC as a host but it will slow your connection down and you wont be able to turn your machine off.
