[Question] Xbox LIVE Gold

Okay so according to a friend of mine you can get online access on all of your Xbox One accounts if you already have an Xbox LIVE Gold membership on another account, can somebody see if this is true? I currently don't have a secondary account to check this on

yeah you can go on all your accounts if one is gold

I thought it is only if you set your account to the family account or something.
