Question to @[The Elite]

If Jagex contacted you, asking for details of members because they were botting/releasing bots+auths/things related to botting, what would you do?
 
Oh, well I shall tell you young whipper snapper; You couldn't give the details away to Jagex, such as members, Emails, Paypal/whatever they used for buying Elite/Sponsor/Donate, IP Address etc, as it's personal information that is only strictly store from/on RuneGear, it would be against the law.
 
If they make up a false law claim they could get anal raped so hard.
 
But they could make up a true legal claim. Same thing happened to those botting companies. It's Jagex's game. But yes, what would The Elite do? I want to know.
 
I think he'd say something like, In the ToS, When they sign up they put everything into their own hands and it isn't to do with me.. Etc.

Nope, they wouldn't be able to get anyone's information.

Possibly close the site if we were that extreme.

I'd give them the information if they subpoenaed us.


Actually, if they took the correct legal action, it would be against the law not to comply.

What would I do if what? They have no grounds to send in a subpoena, but if they did and it was allowed, I'd have to abide by it.
