Question: Securing an Account

Alright I need help securing an Instagram.
I can't swap the username and that account isn't stat but the owner actively uses it. Does anyone know how I can secure this account?

Reason why I can't just swap the account is because the word in the username is banned and is not allowed to be registered with.
 
Add and remove a facebook to it 5 times. change the email and password 5 times.

I can vouch for him. Anyways, you can never fully secure an account, but that will stop them from getting it back by resetting passed and stuff. If you have access to the email, expect to have it longer.
