[Question] PayPal and Credit Cards

Hi fellow FK users, I'd like to make a PayPal account but before I do I need a question to be answered, my question is "Do you need a Credit Card or a Bank Account in order to create a PayPal, will I be able to successfully transfer money if I don't have either?"

If you can help me out that'd be great, happy posting!

Nope, you don't need either to create or use a PayPal account, you just need them to have a verified PayPal account. But even without a verified account, you're still able to send and receive money.
To transfer money to your account though, you'd probably want to link your bank account to do that.

@Sanctuary , I hate to break it to you, but if you want to have a verified PayPal, you'll need a CC or a bank account linked towards the account. If you want to buy shit from eBay, that's the only time you'll need a cc or a bank account. Your account will be limited. I hate it also.

And you don't even need a CC or bank acc linked to your PayPal to buy shit from eBay, or many other places for that matter. I've never added a CC or bank account the past 2 years I've used PayPal, I've bought shit like domains, hosting, clothes, games, even fucking food at times.
Might wanna do some research man.

Lmfao, I was wrong about that, to sell shit on eBay, you'll need one of those things. You're 100% right.
