Question- Need answers Please

Hey guys,

I did this trade with a guy on sythe. I was buying rsgp from him and I went first using paypal. I sent him $86 as a gift. Then soon after, he logged off skype and called me a scammer. I filed an " unauthorized transaction" claim to get my money back. So, far, its been about 3 days and it still says " Being reviewed by paypal". When it asked for reasons, I checked off the box that said something about a password(during the claim). Then, I changed my password. Will I win this claim?

So what really happened is you bought the gold from him legit, but now you are trying to chargeback because your a scammer.

No, Sorry for not making it clearer. I sent the cash, then he logged off skype without delivering the rsgp and said I hacked the paypal account. I even sent him an email to prove that the email was mine(that means paypal is mine too ). But he scammed me.

You'll almost never win gift chargebacks unless it was sent from another IP
 
Tell them you was hacked by botnet and this is un authorized transaction.
 
You did it off of the same IP?

That won't help if it was sent from his normal IP
 
your supposed to do it from a vpn or something...
