Question about upgrading with Koins

Can you upgrade another member with Koins, or do you have to send it to them?

- I was going to check it out and try it myself but I was afraid it would automatically upgrade me, So I was hoping someone has done it before or knows and can let me know, thanks!

You'd need to send the Koins to the user so they can upgrade via the system.
