If I got suspended for buying an account and temp IP banned, if I buy another twitter do I risk suspension again?

I tried making a new account like a few weeks ago and I'm not IP banned anymore, its just a random twitter

Dont wanna take another L

Also, would I risk my account getting flagged if I use a proxy or tor

Never buy a twitter that doesn't come with the OG email. Only change the alt, I know that can save you for a ban. As for the Proxy thing, they will lock your account until you can prove you own it, and if you don't the ban will come and you won't be able to fix it.

The first time you go on it while on a proxy it'll ask you to prove who you are, if you don't it'll get locked.

I think you have a chance at getting banned if you are actively buying and selling twitters. But if you keep it lowkey you're probably good as I haven't lost anything other than @L9

No, as in i got suspended like 8 months after buying mine, got bored and didnt touch twit for months

dont wanna buy another twitter if my ip is flagged and get it suspended.
