If you already used an auth on your panel, can you sell it to someone and they use it at the same time as you?

your not allowed to sell Dumped auths here even fi you can replace them fast i did it to but then i was thinking if it wasnt against the rulles to i asked it to The Elite and he said its not Allowed to make profit of Free items so no you cant sell dumped/leeched auths
